Welcome to HydroDog, the mobile dog grooming service that comes to you!

We know that it can be nerve-wracking to have a stranger groom your furry friend, which is why we want to take a moment to explain what you can expect during our grooming service.

First things first, our groomers are trained professionals who treat your pup with the utmost care and respect. We love your dog as if it were our own. Our groomers arrive in one of our signature HydroDog trucks or vans, equipped with everything they need to pamper your pooch.

Once our groomer arrives, they’ll introduce themselves to you and your furry friend. We know that dogs can be a bit wary of strangers, especially when they’re getting ready to be bathed and brushed, so we always take the time to get to know your pup and make them feel comfortable.

Before we start the grooming process, our groomers will ask you a few questions about your pup’s coat, health, and any grooming preferences you may have. We want to make sure that we’re tailoring the grooming experience to your pup’s specific needs and making them look and feel their best.

Once we have all the information we need, we’ll begin the grooming process. HydroDog wash includes a deep cleaning of the coat and skin, a brush and blowout, sanitary trim, nail clip and or file, and ear cleaning. A regular groom not only keeps your dog clean, but it can also prevent health problems down the road. Our groomers will get to know your dog and their skin/coat. A dog’s skin, coat, ears, and overall appearance can say a lot about the dog’s health and we are here to keep your dog happy and healthy. When a coat requires grooming, we are experts at pet grooming and will work with you to get the groom that you love on your fur baby.

During the grooming process, we take the time to make sure your pup is comfortable and doesn’t feel any discomfort. We’ll keep a close eye on temperature and water pressure, and use gentle techniques to make your dog feel relaxed and happy. During a HydroDog visit your pup will receive 1:1 attention. HydroDog does not use kennels. Our focus is on a stress-free experience and environment for you and your pup.

After the grooming is complete, we’ll give your pup a final brush, trim, and fluff, making sure they look and smell amazing. Once we’re done, we’ll give you a rundown of what we did and offer any advice for at-home grooming care you may need. You will be able to contact your groomer at any time throughout the appointment and will be kept up to date throughout. We will notify you prior to our arrival as well as when the appointment is done. Should we run into anything unusual or unexpected our groomers will notify you and communicate along the way.

At HydroDog, we take pet care seriously – but we also want to have fun while we do it. We love getting to know our clients (both human and furry) and making them feel like part of the HydroDog family. We can’t wait to meet you and your pup soon!
